Having a get-together?  Rent Coldwater Ranch and use  all of the 6 cabins and 20 camping hookups for one price.  When you rent the whole place you are allowed  an unlimited amount of tent camping as well.  The cabins will accommodate a total of 36 people comfortably.

Cost is $2000 per night, 2 night minimum. Reservation must be paid in full within 5 days of reservation with cash or check.

Private Lake View Cabins
Coldwater Ranch, LLC cabins are out in the woods with the sounds of nature all around. Take a deep breath and inhale that country air.  Between the horses, dogs, cats, and various random varmints, the air around here has its own rarefied quality.  It has the power to make one become so relaxed you may even want to take a nap. Stay 4 nights, get the 5th night free! Check in anytime after 3 pm, check out by 11 am. Late check out may be charged additional fee.

We have tried to provide your cabin with the amenities that will help your stay be as comfortable as home.

ALL CABINS: All linens for bed and bath are there as well as all dishes for cooking and eating. Your cabin has electric heat and air,tv/dvd player for movies, full bathroom, full kitchen (stove, fridge, micro, coffee pot, toaster), and a charcoal grill right outside your door. Pet cleaning fee: $50 per dog, non-refundable, prior approval required. No other pets allowed. Clean up after your dog or walk them away from the resort area to do their business!

You have a small fire pit beside your cabin. The firewood is piled by the ranch house and you are welcome to help yourself. There is no charge for firewood.

Fishing from the bank is so relaxing. The small lake is stocked with catfish and bluegill.  You may want to use worms, minnows, or crickets as bait that you bring with you. Throw back or keep what you catch, but clean them at a hydrant, not in a cabin.

Horseback riding in the wilderness is a unique experience. Ride at your own risk and leisure with the provided paper map or electronic map. Kathy can make recommendations if you are uncertain of your destination.

Dogs welcome with prior approval and a $50 per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. You will need to keep your pet on a leash at all times when out and about. Clean up after your dog or walk them away from the resort area to do their business! Small breed dogs welcome in some cabins with prior approval.

CABINS
Cabins 1 & 2 – The Line Shack
The Line Shack is a duplex with 2 separate cabins sharing a common porch. The Lineshack has been completely remodeled adding new windows, doors, lighting, paint, and bathroom with shower. Each side has 2 queen beds, futon, flat screen tv with dvd player, ceiling fan, full kitchen with all dishes to cook and eat with, all linens for bed and bathing, and charcoal grill right outside the door. The Line Shack is a good choice for couples traveling together who want their own space, a family needing extra beds, or friends wanting to be close to visit.

Friday-Saturday: $99 per night for 2 persons

Cabin 3 – The Outpost
The Outpost is at the north end of the property and closest to the north barn. This cabin has a sleeper sofa as well as the 2 queen beds.
Sunday-Thursday: $99 per night for 2 persons

Cabin 4 – The Cowboy Cabin
This cabin overlooks the little lake and has a queen futon as well as 2 queen beds. This cabin is a good choice for 1 to 5 people.
Sunday-Thursday: $99 per night for 2 persons
Friday-Saturday: $99 per night for 2 persons

Cabin 5 – The Trapper Cabin
Newly remodeled with 2 rooms. The front room has a queen bed, futon, kitchen, dining, bathroom (shower, no tub). The back room has 2 queen beds, separate heat and air, separate TV/DVD.

Cabin 6 – The Wrangler Cabin
The Wrangler Cabin overlooks the little lake and has been remodeled to offer 2 rooms. The front room has 1 queen bed, a queen futon, the kitchen and bathroom facilities. The back room has 2 queen beds, a separate heating and cooling system, and separate tv/dvd. This cabin is a good choice for a larger group or for those wanting privacy.
Sunday-Thursday: $300 per night
Friday-Saturday: $300 per night

CAMPING & STALLS
$45 per night for camper only.
Stay 4 nights get the 5th night free. Site offers electric and water hookups. Dump station on grounds. Your fee includes free firewood and use of the shower house. No tent camping allowed.

Stalls: $17 per night per stall.
One horse or mule per stall. Most are 12x12 and have solid wall on 3 sides and a metal gate across the front. Manure cart, rake and shovel provided so you can keep your stall clean.

POLICY
We are a small resort and take your cabin, campsite and/or stall off the market when you make your reservation. We must charge and keep your 50% deposit for the entire amount of your stay if you cancel within 30 days of arrival date. Your deposit will be available for you to use on another stay for up to one year. However, to cut down on losses at the Coldwater Ranch, if you cancel within 48 hours of arrival and have ordered meals, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay and no transfer will be available. A 50% deposit is required within 5 days of reservation. No refunds for early departure, change in plans, or change in weather. Not responsible for accidents to person or property, or lost or stolen items.
